Payments are securely processed through PhonePe.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Hasli Jewels does not store customers’ payment information.

7. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders.

  • Refuse service.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders because of stock unavailability.

In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded.

8. Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery is approximately 7 days after dispatch through India Post.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after shipment.

Customers can track their shipment through the shipping partner’s tracking portal.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Images

  • Product photographs

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Designs

  • Website layout

belongs to Hasli Jewels unless otherwise stated.
